What is Vapour blasting?
Traditional dry blasting can erode the dimensional integrity of parts, leaving you with a dull surface finish. Vapour blasting uses water and a very fine abrasive. The water combined with compressed air cushions the impact resulting in a process which leaves your parts bright, shiny and squeaky clean.
This heat-free method means all parts, including vintage restorations can be treated with care. Best results on cast aluminium parts such as intake manifolds, rocker covers, motorbike engine cases and cylinder heads.
